About

This section brings together the intellectual and methodological foundations of my practice, where making, writing, and research are inseparable from lived experience and cultural positioning. My work is shaped by Black Aesthetic Philosophy, which understands creative practice as a form of knowledge production; by autoethnography, which situates personal narrative as a valid and necessary site of research; and by rasanblaj, a method of gathering that holds multiple voices, histories, and materials together without forcing them into a single fixed interpretation.
